Overview
The Palm Beach Transportation Planning Agency serves as the federally designated Metropolitan Planning Organization for Palm Beach County, Florida — a region of over 1.5 million residents and one of the fastest-growing counties in the state. As an independent government agency, the Palm Beach MPO manages a 21-member Governing Board and directly prioritizes approximately $388 million in federal and state transportation funding across a five-year planning horizon, covering highways, transit, rail, bicycle and pedestrian infrastructure, and seaport access.
Daruma Tech designed and developed the Palm Beach MPO’s website to match the sophistication and transparency demands of a major regional planning authority. The platform supports the agency’s full suite of planning products — including the Long Range Transportation Plan, Transportation Improvement Program, Unified Planning Work Program, and Public Participation Plan — while also serving as a primary engagement channel for the county’s diverse public. With intuitive navigation, mobile responsiveness, and a clean visual identity, the site positions the Palm Beach MPO as an accessible, accountable, and forward-facing public institution.
